Online Course Suggestions?

Any suggestions for online courses to earn a science degree under the critical shortage certification effort. One of the participants in our Windows to the Universe, "Climate Discovery" online course is an outstanding online student who would like recommendations of more online courses on Earth Science, Environmental Science or the Biosphere science.
