How to Send a Message
The easiest way to send a message to someone specific is to go to their profile page. You can see all the members of NEO-Sphere if you visit the "Members" page listed in the "Community" menu. Also, on your profile page, you can click on your colleagues' pictures to go directly from your profile to theirs.
Once you are on their profile page, you'll see a link like this beneath their photo (if they are already a colleague of yours):
If you are not colleagues yet, you can still send a message.
Your Inbox (at the right side of your screen) is another way to access your incoming messages and send new ones.
Once you are at the Inbox, just click the "+ Compose" link (upper right) to start a message.
You can enter email addresses or choose from your existing colleagues in the NEO-Sphere network. Messages cannot be formatted (e.g., bold, italics), but your recipient will be notified that you have sent a message (unless he or she has opted out).
Likewise, when viewing incoming messages, you can reply the same way.
